The goal of this 2-day certificate training program is to bring together the various stakeholders working in peace, stability and disaster relief operations to increase their knowledge of the IPOA Code of Conduct and other ethical standards. This training seminar will explain the benefits of operating to a higher professional standard and will provide an overview of the ethical and legal considerations that all managers and field professionals ought to know when working in complex emergencies. Participants will learn how to operationalize field guidelines, increase productivity levels and improve interaction with other field actors.
